Privacy policy

AE Automation is a small automation and software business in Southlake, Texas, run by Pierce Tripp. In this policy, “we” and “us” mean AE Automation. Questions about anything here go to pierce@aeautomation.org.

What we collect

Facebook and Instagram lead forms. When you submit one of our lead forms on Facebook or Instagram, Meta passes us what you entered: usually your name, email address and phone number, plus your answers to any other questions that form asks, such as your business name or what you need help with. We also receive which form you used and when you submitted it.

Our booking page. When you book a call on this website, we collect your name, email address, phone number and anything you choose to tell us about your business.

We do not run advertising or analytics trackers on this website, and we do not buy contact lists.

How we use it

We use your information only to respond to your inquiry: to call, text or email you about what you asked, to schedule a call, and to keep a record of the conversation so we can follow up. We do not use it for unrelated marketing, and we do not add you to a mailing list.

Where it is stored

Your information is stored in AE Automation’s own systems: a private customer database that only we can access. Those systems run on service providers who host or process the data for us and are not allowed to use it for their own purposes: our web hosting and database providers, Google Workspace for email and calendar, a text messaging provider when we reply by text, and an AI assistant we use internally to help organize follow-ups and draft replies.

We do not sell your information

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own advertising or marketing.

How long we keep it

There is no fixed retention period and no automatic deletion. We keep your information while we are talking with you and afterwards as a record of the inquiry, until we delete it or you ask us to.

How to have your information deleted

Email pierce@aeautomation.org with the subject “Delete my data” and include the name and the email address or phone number you used on the form. We will delete your inquiry, contact details and message history from our customer database and reply to confirm when it is done. Copies kept by our service providers in their own logs or backups are removed on their schedules, not ours. You can also ask for a copy of what we hold, or for a correction, the same way.

Meta keeps its own record of lead form submissions under its own privacy policy. You can manage that from your Facebook or Instagram account settings.

Children

Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
