What we build

What we actually build.

Four categories, and the specific systems each one ships as. If the thing eating your week is not named on this page, it is still worth a call. Most builds start as somebody describing one bad Tuesday.

Customer and lead systems

Leads arrive while you are working, and the ones you answer last are the ones you lose.

Everything between a stranger showing interest and a booked, paid job runs on speed and on nobody forgetting. That is exactly the work software is good at and people are bad at. We take the whole path - the enquiry, the reply, the qualifying questions, the booking, the reminder, the review afterwards - and make it happen without anyone remembering to do it.

Ships as

  • AI receptionistAnswers the call or the text, asks what you would ask, and books the slot.
  • Instant lead follow-upReplies in seconds, then keeps a dated next action on every lead that goes quiet.
  • Custom CRMEvery customer, source and promise in one place, built to open on a phone between jobs.
  • Booking that sells real timeOnly offers slots you can actually work, priced by whatever you price on.
  • Review and referral follow-upAsks at the moment the customer is happiest, not three weeks later.

AI and automation

Somebody on your team spends hours retyping things a computer already knows.

Most AI is a chat box bolted onto the side of a business. The useful version is plugged in: it reads your documents and your data, follows your rules, and writes back into the systems you already use. We follow one real job end to end and close every point where a person is moving information between two screens.

  • Document intelligenceReads invoices, statements, contracts and forms, and fills the fields for you.
  • Workflow automationHandoffs between your tools happen at 2am without anyone triggering them.
  • Drafted communicationFollow-ups, summaries and reports written in your voice, ready to send.

Custom software

The tool you pay for gets the one part that matters to your business wrong.

Off-the-shelf software is built for the average company, which means it is built for nobody in particular. When the constraints are the business - a hard daily job cap, pricing that turns on vehicle size, a shop floor where one late delivery moves eleven jobs - a generic tool gets exactly those parts wrong. So they get built instead of configured, and you own the result outright.

Growth infrastructure

You spend on marketing and cannot say which of it produced a customer.

The systems above only pay off if there is something feeding them. This is the layer that does: the site people land on, the search results that bring them, and the tracking that tells you which effort produced which customer. It sits underneath the rest of the work rather than being the point of it.

Not sure which of these it is?

That is normal, and it is the first call's job to work out. Describe the part of the week that costs you the most and we will name the system between us.

Next step

Tell me what part of the week keeps breaking.

Thirty minutes, no pitch. If it is cheaper to live with than to fix, you get told that. Based in Southlake, so an in-person visit is on the table.
